SHIPPING

Order Processing:

All Just Vertical orders are processed at our manufacturing facility located in London, Ontario, Canada.
Shipment

After your order has been processed, it can take up to 3 weeks for your unit to leave our facility (to be shipped). You will receive an email notification once your unit has left our facility. Once delivered simply set up the legs that come with the unit.
Delivery

Once your unit leaves our facility, the delivery company and time will depend on where you are located.

Across Canada and the United States, your unit will be delivered by UPS.

Delivery times are dependent on your proximity to our manufacturing facility in London, Ontario, Canada. Delivery times can vary between 5 business to 14 business days.

Once UPS has received your order, you will receive a tracking code so you can track the delivery of your unit to your shipping address.

However, due to the constantly changing realities presented upon us by the COVID-19 pandemic, our estimated times are subject to change.
